Healthify has partnered with Fortis Healthcare to launch a clinically supervised, hospital-based weight management programme combining medical care, personalised nutrition and digital tracking. The initiative, launched at Fortis Hospital Mohali, aims to help patients build sustainable lifestyle habits and will be expanded to other Fortis centres in phases.
