Crisil revises Metropolis Healthcare outlook to 'positive'; reaffirms 'AA-' rating

The rating agency also reaffirmed its short-term bank facility rating at 'Crisil A1+', according to a note from Crisil Ratings. Crisil said the outlook revision reflects the expected improvement in organic revenue growth, profitability, and cash accruals, along with a meaningful turnaround in its recent acquisition, Core Diagnostics Pvt Ltd.

Fortis investors flag legal overhang after Delhi HC order

Domestic and foreign institutional investors of Fortis Healthcare (Fortis) have expressed concern that the Delhi High Court’s order seeking a forensic audit of transactions involving its former promoters. The Aug 31 high court order came in a case arising from Japanese firm Daiichi Sankyo’s efforts to enforce its arbitral award against the erstwhile Fortis promoters. Last week, Fortis filed a special leave petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court challenging the order.
