The ambitious project, spread across 19.54 acres and covering over 26 lakh square feet, is being taken up at an estimated cost of ₹1,698 crore. Once completed, the expansion will add 2,000 beds to the hospital's existing 1,639-bed capacity, taking the total bed strength to 3,639.
