The services will be provided at four major government hospitals - Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) and Sadar Hospital in Ranchi, Shahid Nirmal Mahto Medical College and Hospital in Dhanbad, and MGM Medical College in Jamshedpur, he said.
