The case was registered on Dec 9 based on complaint filed by a software engineer. In the complaint, the engineer said her husband was a kidney patient since May last year. In early 2024, the couple was introduced to Ajay Madhok, who provided a dialysis machine and later advised them to consider a kidney transplant in Kolkata.
