The patient's family claimed that Abrar, suffering from severe chest pain, arrived at the emergency ward on a two-wheeler with his younger son. They alleged that doctors administered three to four injections, after which he began bleeding from his nose and mouth. Despite the family's repeated pleas for help, the doctors did not attend to him, the family said.
