For Narco and Polygraph tests, permission is needed from the person, on whom the tests will be conducted, and they have to give permission in court. Earlier, Polygraph tests were conducted on Ghosh and arrested civic volunteer Sanjay Roy. However, Roy denied permission to Narco.
