Leader of Opposition in West Bengal Assembly Suvendu Adhikari wrote a letter to President Droupadi Murmu requesting her to withdraw or forfeit the prestigious President's Police Medal conferred upon Kolkata Police Commissioner Vineet Goyal, in the wake of RG Kar Medical College incident. Adhikari wrote a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah on the same issue.
