The hospital management claimed that the matter of tax discount was under legal dispute. The hospital had no dues of PMC pending and it was depositing the tax amount in the court, its authorities stressed. Dhananjay Kelkar, the medical director of Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, in a press conference on Monday said the hospital was depositing the tax in court.
